About.
With the fast evolution of WeChat, it is key to enable an e-commerce platform based on mini program, allowing WeChat users to access conveniently. Fully integrated with Sephora’s PIM, Inventory, OMS and CRM systems, ensuring customers are presented with up to date information and customer data is synchronised across multiple channels.
The WeChat web app launched successfully in August 2019, with over 100 stores throughout China participating. It has generated significant traffic and transactions within WeChat ecosystem, delivering business goals.

In Q4 2020, the Sephora Mini Program won the MMA Smarties APAC Silver Award (Technology, Global Smarties X – mCommerce)
