

I contributed to the design of Sephora’s WeChat app ecosystem, focusing mainly on the web app experience while also supporting aspects of the mobile app design. The platform is fully integrated with Sephora’s PIM, Inventory, OMS, and CRM systems, ensuring customers receive up-to-date product information and that their data stays synchronised across multiple channels.
The WeChat web app, launched in August 2019, successfully engaged over 100 stores across China. It generated significant traffic and transactions within the WeChat ecosystem, effectively delivering key business objectives.
